Which apps does this support page cover?

This page supports all ESP Software apps, including OfferLedger, CitationDesk, Iley's Mortgage Calculator, DoseVerify, and RenoPro Calc. Use the contact form above and choose the app from the dropdown if your question is app-specific.

Does ESP Software collect personal data?

No. ESP Software apps are designed without ads, analytics SDKs, or personal data collection. Data you enter stays on your device unless an app clearly offers an optional network feature. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I restore a Pro subscription or lifetime purchase?

Open the app, go to the purchase or Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, choose the app subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and tap Request a Refund. See our Refund & Subscription Policy for more details.
