Privacy Policy

✔ No personal data collectedThis Privacy Policy applies to all applications ("Apps") developed and published by ESP Software / Iley Pullen ("we," "our," "us"), including but not limited to OfferLedger, CitationDesk, Iley's Mortgage Calculator, DoseVerify, and RenoPro Calc. It explains what information our Apps access, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
The short version: ESP Software does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personally identifiable information. Some Apps store the information you enter locally on your device so the App can function.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, log, or transmit:
- Your name, email address, or contact information
- Location data
- Financial, medication, profile, or other data you enter into any App
- Real estate worksheet details you enter into OfferLedger, such as client names, property addresses, comps, estimates, and notes
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs (IDFA)
- Browsing history or usage analytics
- Crash reports or diagnostics sent to us
Information you enter into our Apps is never transmitted to us or sold to any third party. Some Apps store user-entered information locally on your device as described below.
2. Information Stored On-Device Only
Some Apps store minimal data locally on your device using Apple's
UserDefaults system to support core functionality. Examples include:
- First-launch date — recorded to power free trial countdowns where applicable. This date never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
- User preferences and settings — stored locally to preserve your in-app configuration between sessions. This data remains on your device only.
- DoseVerify medication information — medication names, strengths, dose schedules, reminder settings, and optional profile details for printed summaries may be stored locally on your device. ESP Software does not receive or access this data.
- OfferLedger worksheet information — buyer estimates, seller net sheet inputs, commission assumptions, closing-cost assumptions, comparable-property notes, property addresses, and source labels may be stored locally so the app can restore your current worksheet. ESP Software does not receive or access this data.
All locally stored data can be cleared at any time by deleting the App from your device.
3. Camera, Face ID, and Notifications
Some Apps may request device permissions to support optional features:
- Camera access — DoseVerify may use the camera to read prescription label text and help fill in medication name and strength fields. DoseVerify is designed to use the recognized text and not save or upload prescription label photos.
- Face ID or device passcode — DoseVerify may offer an optional app lock using Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. ESP Software does not receive biometric data.
- Notifications — DoseVerify may request notification permission for optional medication reminders. Reminder data is handled locally on your device.
4. Network Requests
Certain Apps may optionally retrieve publicly available data from third-party services to enhance functionality. Any such requests are read-only, contain no personal information, and are clearly optional within the App.
For example, Iley's Mortgage Calculator and OfferLedger can optionally fetch current mortgage rate data based on Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey rates:
- URL: public Freddie Mac/FRED mortgage-rate endpoints used by the app
- Purpose: retrieve the latest Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey rates
- Data sent: the selected mortgage rate type where needed, not your name or property address
- Data received: publicly available mortgage rate figures only
OfferLedger may also perform optional address, property, public-record, tax, local-fee, or loan-limit lookups. These requests may send the address, ZIP code, county, or state needed to complete the lookup to the relevant data source. ESP Software does not collect, sell, or build a server-side profile from those searches.
No personal information is included in any such request. Your IP address may be visible to the third-party server as part of a standard internet connection; however, we have no access to those server logs. All network data retrieval features are entirely optional. Our Apps are designed to work fully offline when you enter data manually.
5. In-App Purchases
Some Apps offer optional subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple's StoreKit framework. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. We never see, receive, or store your payment card number, billing address, or any other financial information. Purchase transactions are subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Apple's Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social media SDKs. There are no trackers, no ad networks, and no data brokers involved in any ESP Software application.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are rated 4+ and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because we collect no personal information from any user, no special treatment of children's data is required or performed.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of any App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
