Refund & Subscription Policy

This policy applies to all paid ESP Software applications, including RenoPro Calc, OfferLedger, and any future paid apps. All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store.

ESP Software apps that include paid features offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All transactions are handled exclusively by Apple — we do not process payments or refunds directly.


Refunds

Apple handles all refunds for apps and in-app purchases. We do not process refunds directly. If you experience an issue with your purchase, you can request a refund directly from Apple at:

Apple typically approves refunds for accidental purchases, technical problems, or other qualifying cases. However, refunds are not guaranteed and are at Apple's discretion.


Subscriptions

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions .


Lifetime Purchase

Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable after use, except in cases approved by Apple.


Restore Purchases

If you reinstall an app or switch to a new device, use the Restore Purchases option within the app to recover your entitlements. You must be signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
